Co-founder and President

Dev is responsible for the oversight of the business and all financial and accounting operations. Dev partners with the management team to provide analytical and strategic guidance. Dev also manages the development of the back-end corporate infrastructure. He holds a dual degree in MBA (Finance) and MS (Accounting), and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

General Manager/Director of Sales

Lance is responsible for all operational functions as well as managing all sales and marketing activities for the company. Lance has extensive strategic planning experience and over 25 years BTB sales and marketing experience with local, regional & national customers. Lance joined Woodward Case in 2015 after seventeen years with International Paper Company and five years with Vitro Minerals. Lance is committed to consultative selling and has a strong track record of partnering with customers on key projects. Lance holds a degree in Marketing from Arkansas State University.

Director of Operations

Joshua is responsible for operation functions as well as design engineering. He is responsible for ensuring structural integrity of custom designs and for adapting his designs into software programs for cut list generation and material planning. Prior to taking over operations at Woodward Case, Joshua was responsible for the scoping and oversight of large scale residential and commercial construction projects covering a five (5) state territory. He provided services ranging from defining design and structural specifications, determining timelines and profitability/expense ratios, outlining required resources, and managing assignments and productivity for 50-70 workers. In addition to these duties Joshua handles material planning and purchasing as well as safety and ISO Procedures.

Operations Manager

Trevor is responsible for production scheduling, shipping/receiving, quality control, inventory, and waste management. Trevor has experience in transportation, logistics and retail management with a degree from Mississippi State University College of Business.

Production Supervisor

Jose is responsible for over seeing our pallet, crate, and packaging teams. He ensures that our products are made to spec and has extensive experience in construction and cabinetry.
